UNIQA Insurance Group AG hereby announces according to article 93 BörseG that by the end of October 2013 the total number of voting rights amounts to 302,350,000 and the new share capital to EUR 302,350,000.00. The change in the total number of voting rights has become effective as of 10 October 2013.

UNIQA Insurance Group AG (FN 92933t) ("UNIQA" or the "Company") announces that the total number of voting rights amounts to 302,350,000 and the increased share capital to EUR 302,350,000.00. The change in the total number of votings rights and the increase of share capital have become effective as of 10 October 2013.
UNIQA announces that the share capital of the Company has been increased from EUR 214,247,900.00 by issuing 88,102,100 new ordinary no-par value bearer shares with voting rights with a calculated notional amount of EUR 1.00 per share in exchange for cash contributions by EUR 88,102,100.00 to EUR 302.350.000,00. The increase of share capital is completed. The new shares have been approved for trading on the Vienna Stock Exchange in the Prime Market segment of Official Market. The share capital of UNIQA amounts after completion of the capital increase to EUR 302.350.000,00 and is divided in 302.350.000 no-par value bearer shares with voting rights. Each share carries one vote.
