UNIQA Versicherungen AG – Conversion of share capital from Schillings to Euros – share split 1:8

The share capital of the Company now amounts to EUR 119.777.808, divided into 1189,777,808 individual bearer shares with no nominal value stated. Each individual share forms an equal part of the share capital.

For each previous share with a nominal value of ATS 100 eight shares will be assigned without nominal value. The share of each shareholder in the share capital will remain unchanged. The technical execution and the conversion of the stock exchange listing will take place on 8th September and details will be published elsewhere.
